THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THECORPORATION WAS FORMED ARE AS FOLLOWS: 1. TO ESTABLISH A SCHOLARSHIPFUND FOR WORTHY STUDENTS; 2. TO AID, ENCOURAGE, STIMULATE, FOSTER ANDPROMOTE ARTISTIC, CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES THROUGH GRANTS,BEQUESTS, GIFTS OR OTHERWISE TO INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS, INSTITUTIONS ANDORGANIZATIONS; 3. TO ACCEPT, HOLD, INVEST, REINVEST AND ADMINISTER ANYGIFTS, BEQUESTS, DEVISES, BENEFITS OF TRUSTS (BUT NOT TO ACT ASTRUSTEE), AND PROPERTY OF ANY SORT WITHOUT LIMITATION AS TO AMOUNT ORVALUE AND TO USE, DISBURSE OR DONATE THE INCOME OR PRINCIPAL THEREOFEXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES; 4. TO RAISE FUNDS AND SOLICITDONATIONS FROM INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS, CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL ANDSCIENTIFIC ORGANIZATIONS AND FOUNDATIONS, AND OTHER INTERESTEDORGANIZATIONS AND FOUNDATIONS, AGENCIES, INSTITUTIONS, ASSOCIATIONS ANDCORPORATIONS AND TO ADMINISTER AND EXPEND SUCH FUNDS IN FURTHERANCE OFTHE CORPORATE GOALS AND PURPOS
