THE PROGRAM PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES TO THE SCHOOL COACHING STAFF TO ENSURE THEY ARE PROPERLY TRAINED IN BOTH THEIR SPORT AND MORE IMPORTANTLY IN THE PHILOSOPHY THAT A COACH IS A MENTOR.
